Conference Scholarships

KAMM provides 8 registration scholarships (2 per region) for first-time public sector OR student conference attendees. Scholarship recipients must cover their lodging expenses. To inquire about a scholarship, please email us at kentuckymitigation@gmail.com. 

KAMM Silent Auction Fundraiser for the KAMM Community Mitigation Grant



Each year we raise funds at the annual conference that are invested directly into communities across the Commonwealth to help meet their mitigation activity financial needs through the annual KAMM Community Mitigation Grant. All proceeds from the Silent Auction go to this fund.

Please support the mitigation grant program by making a donation to the Silent Auction. We gratefully accept donations from individuals, businesses, and other organizations. Our attendees enjoy bidding on Kentucky-made craft, food, and drink products; toys, games, and other gifts from around the world; electronic gadgets; a variety of gift baskets; and more!

KAMM 2026 Mitigation Manager of the Year & Mitigation Project of the Year

Has your community implemented a successful mitigation project? 
Is there an exemplary leader who is promoting resiliency through mitigation? 
Have you observed partnerships or collaborations that strengthened mitigation in your community?
These efforts deserve recognition, and KAMM wants to share the success stories that might otherwise go unacknowledged. 
The award nominee may be a successful strategy, project, program, or individual
who has made a positive impact within a community or an agency working
to promote the benefits of hazard mitigation.

This year, Region I and Region III elect their Regional Representatives. You must live or work in the region to nominate someone and vote for your rep. Nominations are being accepted now until September 21st.

Conference Lodging

Exhibitor Registration

KAMM’s 22nd annual conference is being held at The Bruce Convention Center, 303 Conference Center Drive, Hopkinsville. Exhibits will be in the Grand Hallway on the West Hall side of the convention center and will be highly visible to all conference foot traffic. 

All exhibitors must have at least one conference attendee who will register for the conference. Each exhibit participant must register individually. The Bruce provides a 6’ rectangular table with a black cloth and skirt, two chairs, and a trash can. Electrical connections will be provided as needed. 

Exhibits may be set up on Monday, September 21st from 9 am - 4:30 pm. From 5:30 – 7:15 pm, we have scheduled a Vendor Social for conference attendees to visit when they come to register in the lobby, visit the KAMM store, and participate in the Silent Auction fundraiser for the KAMM Community Mitigation Grant Fund. The Bruce will cater the social with light appetizers and drinks.

A Vendor Scavenger Hunt will be available for attendees to complete. Completed cards will be placed into a drawing for a $50 gift card during the evening social on Wednesday.
**NOTE: When you complete the registration form, please provide a unique question for the Vendor Scavenger Hunt that can only be answered at your exhibit.

KAMM's Platinum, Gold, and Silver Sponsors receive free exhibit space as a Sponsor Benefit.
Each vendor representative must register for the conference separately
and select Sponsor Pass for their payment method.

Federal/State/Local Agencies or KAMM MOA Partner Exchange Exhibitor FREE

KAMM does not charge for Federal, State, and Local Agency exhibits.
KAMM MOA Partners may have complimentary exhibit space in exchange for an exhibit space for KAMM at their annual conference.

Nonprofit/NGO Exhibitor $100

KAMM provides nonprofits and other non-governmental organizations a reduced exhibitor rate.

Non-Sponsor Private Sector Exhibitor $500

All private sector exhibitors who are not KAMM sponsors are charged a regular exhibitor rate.
